- 23 years of experience in HR Strategy, CHRO Office, HR Transformation, Organization Development, HR Analytics, People Analytics, HR Projects, Workforce Planning, or Strategic HRBP roles.

HR professional who will work directly with the CHRO in driving the organization's HR transformation journey. This role will partner with HR business leaders to lead strategic initiatives across people strategy, organization effectiveness, HR analytics, transformation, and special projects. The incumbent will play a key role in shaping the future HR agenda and enabling business growth through data-driven and creative HR solutions.

Role & responsibilities

- Partner with the CHRO to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide HR transformation and organizational effectiveness projects.




- Drive HR strategy execution through structured governance, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop executive dashboards, HR analytics, and workforce insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Support organization design, workforce planning, and operating model enhancement initiatives.
- Partner with HR CoEs on key initiatives across talent management, performance management, employee experience, leadership development, and culture transformation.
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking to identify HR best practices and recommend improvements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for the CHRO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board as required.
- Drive change management initiatives and support adoption of new HR processes, systems, and programs.
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies, automation, and AI to enhance HR effectiveness.
