Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage MuleSoft integration projects from project initiation through successful deployment and support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, business analysts, and product owners to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive Agile project execution using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Establish and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships by providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and project reporting.
- Ensure adherence to MuleSoft integration best practices, governance standards, and organizational delivery frameworks.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project KPIs, milestones, and delivery metrics to maintain alignment with business goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and conduct lessons-learned sessions after project completion.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation,



and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience of managing MuleSoft Integration projects.
- Robust understanding of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile project delivery and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and client-facing delivery roles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain.
- Understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and enterprise integration landscapes.
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation and integration initiatives.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API management concepts.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and client-facing engagements.
