Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, performance management, policy implementation, and statutory compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support employees and management in achieving organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding current employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with Labour laws and company regulations.
- Manage employee engagement activities and address employee grievances effectively.




- Support performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain accurate employee databases.
- Assist in training and development programs and coordinate learning activities.
- Ensure smooth exit formalities, full-and-final settlements, and offboarding processes.
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management for HR-related matters.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
