Role & responsibilities (Prior exp in similar profile is must)
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive individual with strategic mind set to serve as the key partner to the CEO. This role goes beyond traditional administrative management; will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, overseeing daily operations, tracking critical business priorities, and driving key strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs daily communications, including filtering emails, drafting high-level responses, and prioritizing urgent matters.
- Oversee a complex, rapid-changing calendar. Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel logistics and itineraries.
- Prepare detailed briefing materials, presentations, and background information prior to all internal and external meetings.
- Act as a key point of contact and liaison for diverse external stakeholders, including government bodies, corporate partners, industry associations, and universities.
- Help maintain and strengthen strategic partnerships, ensuring timely communication and follow-through on joint initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal Function Heads and Department Leads to ensure overall business deliverables are on track and aligned with the Org vision.
- Attend critical executive and cross-functional meetings.
Accurately capture Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and synthesize core decisions.
- Rigorously monitor and track post-meeting action items, ensuring accountability across departments and timely resolution of tasks.
- Act as a project coordinator for recent business expansion projects, specifically assisting in the rollout of the Hub and Spoke model and setting up Satellite Centers.
- Drive the tracking and monitoring of key deliverables. Manage the framework for the companys OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KRAs/KPIs across departments.
- Ensure critical business priorities and lagging metrics are flagged and brought to the immediate attention of the CEO with proposed solutions.
Key Requirements
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to draft high-stakes correspondence and synthesize complex data into clean presentations.
- Absolute discretion and professional integrity when handling highly confidential and sensitive business information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, working in a Project Management Office (PMO), or in a Corporate Affairs role.
