We are looking for a highly experienced L3 Network & Security Lead Engineer to join our Enterprise Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 6- 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure deployment. This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex network and security environments while leading L1/L2 engineers and managing critical customer escalations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in solution architecture, project execution, customer engagement, and technical leadership across enterprise networking and cybersecurity technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Network & Security Solution Design

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network and security infrastructures.
- Lead end-to-end deployment of LAN, WAN, Wireless, Data Center, Firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, SASE, and Zero Trust solutions.
- Develop scalable, secure, and highly available network architectures aligned with customer requirements.

Project Delivery

- Lead enterprise implementation and migration projects.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), implementation plans, rollback plans, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, OEMs, internal teams,



and project managers throughout project lifecycles.

Advanced Troubleshooting & Incident Management

- Act as the final technical escalation point (L3) for critical incidents.
- Diagnose and resolve complex routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, security, and performance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.

Team Leadership

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to L1 and L2 engineers.
- Review configurations, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and technical training.
- Support team development and performance improvement initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, solution presentations, and project kick-offs.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for networking and cybersecurity solutions.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain detailed documentation for network architecture, configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Support audits, change management, and documentation reviews.
