Key Responsibilities

- Prepare integrated construction and project handover schedules.
- Develop project schedules, identify critical paths, and monitor progress against timelines.
- Create activity sequencing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare tender schedules, project logistics plans, and sales milestone updates.
- Plan and monitor manpower and resource deployment across project sites.
- Prepare project workflows, cash flows, and annual business plans.
- Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports and management presentations.
- Track project delays, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare catch-up plans to bring projects back on schedule.
- Monitor project health using Earned Value Analysis (EVA).




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with RERA timelines and statutory requirements.
- Drive process improvements and adopt technology for planning optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with NICMAR.
- 58 years of planning experience in residential real estate projects.
- Hands-on experience managing the complete project lifecycle.
- Solid knowledge of project scheduling, micro-planning, resource planning, and project monitoring.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MSP, SAP, ERP, and BIM.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
