Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage business solutions for clients, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct requirement analysis and gathering from stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Prepare software requirement specification documents and traceability matrices.
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and knowledge documentation for productive project execution.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Analyst role with expertise in requirement analysis, stakeholder liaising, and management.
- MBA/PGDM degree in Finance or related field; strong understanding of financial concepts preferred.
- Proficiency in preparing Business Requirement Documentation, Software Requirement Specification, Traceability Matrix, Risk Management plans.
