About the Role

Burgundy Brand Collective is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the IT infrastructure, retail technology, and enterprise applications across our retail stores and corporate office. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in retail IT operations, ERP/POS systems, network administration, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT operations for retail stores and the corporate office.
- Ensure smooth functioning of retail systems, POS, ERP, and SaaS applications.
- Configure and implement new software platforms and provide user training.
- Manage IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, and security.
- Monitor data integrity, system performance, and analytics.
- Maintain Shopify backend and system integrations.
- Develop IT SOPs and implement best practices.
- Manage data backup, access controls, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and external vendors for IT initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

- 712 years of relevant Retail IT experience.
- Experience in Fashion, Retail, Jewellery, QSR, or F&B; Retail.
- Hands-on experience with GoFrugal and Odoo (Mandatory).
- Experience in any of the following: Olavi, ETP, POS,



Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of:
- IT Infrastructure
- Network Administration
- Microsoft O365
- SQL Queries
- Tally
- POS Integrations
- Database Management

- Experience managing multi-location retail operations.
- Team handling experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
