Role & responsibilities

Assistant Manager/Manager Project Management for US Market position is based at Thane with a reputed pharma company.

- Plan and manage end-to-end project timelines using MS Project with defined milestones, dependencies, and resources
- Drive project execution through the in-house Project Management System ensuring real-time tracking and visibility
- Conduct weekly/fortnightly review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to assess project health and progress
- Collaborate closely with Project Owners (Technical Leads) for continuous monitoring and alignment on deliverables
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays proactively; implement mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when required
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of project status in the centralized Project Tracker
- Apply strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development lifecycle for effective project planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements,



including ICH guidelines and industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates should be qualified as M Pharm, B Pharm & MBA from a reputed university.
- Candidates must have experience of project management in pharma formulation industry.
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for ensuring delivery.
- Versatile, structured and goal oriented team player
- Oral and written communication skills in English are necessary for the position.
- Should have good numerical / quantitative abilities
- Should be able to use MS Project and MS Excel efficiently
- Should be very well versed with entire pharmaceutical product development process
- Should have managed more than 15 projects at a time.
