We're hiring a Social Media Manager to build our brand presence from zero and own it end to end.

This is not a "scheduling posts" role. You'll create our handles, define our voice, shoot our content, and grow our audience.

What You'll Do:

- Create and manage company handles from scratch LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Own the monthly content calendar: ideate, plan, execute
- Design creatives (posts, carousels, stories) aligned to our brand system portfolio showcases, tech insights, behind-the-build content
- Ideate and run paid + organic campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
- Track trending reel formats script, shoot, and edit reels in-office
- Write sharp, premium, English-first copy for a tech/startup audience
- Engage the community and hand off inbound leads to the founder
- Report weekly: reach, engagement, follower growth, leads

Must-Have Skills:





- 2–3 years managing brand social handles (share links in your application)
- Strong reel-making ability: trends, hooks, shooting, editing (CapCut/VN/Premiere)
- Design skills: Canva mandatory, Figma/Photoshop a plus
- Polished English copywriting
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn campaigns
- Comfortable being on camera or directing on-camera shoots

Positive to Have:

- Experience with B2B, tech, or IT services brands
- Agency background
- Basic video shooting knowledge (phone/DSLR, lighting, framing
