Key Responsibilities
- Source home loan customers through direct sales, DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral channels.
- Achieve monthly disbursement and business targets.
- Explain housing loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Collect and verify KYC, income, property, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for timely loan approvals and disbursement.
- Conduct field visits for customer profiling, residence/business verification, and property inspection.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and internal credit norms.
- Monitor the loan portfolio by conducting post-disbursement utilization checks and regular customer visits.
