About the Role:

1. Kinaxis Solution Design & ConfigurationLead functional requirement-gathering workshops and translate complex business needs into Kinaxis technical specifications. Design and configure Kinaxis workbooks, worksheets, alerts, scorecards, metrics, dashboards, and control sets. Build and manage supply chain scenario simulations (""What-if"" analysis) and data models within Kinaxis.Provide functional subject matter expertise across Kinaxis modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.;

2. JDA/Blue Yonder Migration & IntegrationLeverage hands-on experience in JDA / Blue Yonder modules (e.g., Demand, Fulfillment, Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), or Inventory Optimization) to map legacy processes to Kinaxis.Act as the functional bridge for clients transitioning from Blue Yonder to Kinaxis, identifying fit-gaps and optimizing the future-state design.Support cross-functional data mapping, ensuring data integrity during extraction from JDA/BY or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) into Kinaxis.





3. Supply Chain Process OptimizationAnalyze existing supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies in demand forecasting, capacity planning, master production scheduling (MPS), and distribution requirements planning (DRP). Implement best-in-class Supply Chain Management (SCM) practices using concurrent planning methodologies.

4. Testing, Training, and HypercareDefine test strategies, prepare functional test scripts, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Conduct training workshops for planners and power users to drive platform adoption and manage organizational change. Provide post-go-live hypercare and Level 2/Level 3 functional support
