- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Elixir and the Phoenix Framework
- Design and optimize real-time data synchronization across platforms to improve speed, efficiency, and reliability
- Improve system and database performance through caching strategies, connection pooling, and query optimization
- Implement and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability tools to ensure system stability and uptime
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to design and deploy scalable solutions
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design and performance tuning
- Maintain high coding standards through code reviews, documentation, and testing
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, including open-source contributions and sharing technical insights within the team

- Robust hold on source code management using Gitlab/github
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, distributed systems, and concurrency models
- Experience with database optimization, caching mechanisms, and connection pooling
- Good understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and real-time communication protocols
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Open Telemetry (preferred)
- Experience working with modern backend development practices and performance optimization techniques
