- Oversee the implementation of the D365 Finance & Operations project, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Design, manage, and implement multiple functional aspects of the solution, including Subscription Billing, Sales Ledger, General Ledger, and Cash & Bank Management
- Collaborate with the technical team to translate business requirements into working solutions, leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform
- Conduct functional testing, end-to-end process testing, and integration testing using Postman
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document user needs, translating them into business processes and a product backlog
