Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting, dashboarding, and self-service analytics solutions. The role will focus on delivering executive dashboards, management reports, Power BI embedded analytics, paginated reports, and data visualization solutions using modern Microsoft BI technologies.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Power BI, MSBI (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS), SQL, Data Warehousing, Azure, Power Apps, and Power Automate, along with experience building scalable reporting solutions for business users and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities Reporting Dashboard Development

- Design, develop, and publish Power BI reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Create executive dashboards, management reports, and operational reporting solutions.
- Develop interactive visualizations with drill-down, filtering, and advanced analytical capabilities.
- Build and maintain Power BI Paginated Reports using Power BI Report Builder.
- Develop Power BI Embedded analytics solutions and integrate reports into web applications.

Data Modeling Analytics

- Design and implement robust data models using Star Schema and Snowflake Schema methodologies.
- Develop Power Query transformations and data preparation processes.
- Create advanced DAX calculations, KPIs, measures, and business metrics.
- Perform data validation, analysis, and reporting optimization.

Integration Automation

- Develop and integrate Power BI REST APIs with enterprise applications.
- Build automation workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Support report scheduling, alerts, notifications, and automated business processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions.

Database Data Warehouse Development

- Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.




- Work with Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Support enterprise data warehouse and BI initiatives.
- Perform data discovery, reconciliation, and validation activities.

Cloud DevOps

- Develop reporting solutions on Microsoft Azure platforms.
- Use Azure DevOps for work tracking, defect management, and release coordination.
- Support deployment, production releases, and post-production validation.

Documentation Collaboration

- Create functional specifications, technical design documents, and support artifacts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning activities.

Required Skills Experience

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting Development.
