Job Description Senior Full Stack Developer (Angular / .NET API / Oracle PL/SQL) Level III Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (Level III) to join our Agile delivery team supporting a complex financial and investment accounting platform. This application serves as a critical system of record for transaction accounting processes across loans, equity, quasi-equity, funds, guarantees, and derivatives, with data flowing to downstream financial reporting systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across the full technology stack, including Angular, ASP.NET Web API, Oracle PL/SQL, and Informatica ETL, coupled with deep experience in financial and accounting systems. This role requires hands-on development, technical leadership, code reviews, solution design, production deployment support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Solution Analysis Design

- Analyze business requirements and assess impacts across UI, API, database, and integration layers.
- Conduct application and database impact analysis for enhancement requests.
- Prepare and maintain High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), testing documentation, and technical specifications.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews and recommend scalable technical solutions.

Application Development

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular and ASP.NET Web API.
- Develop and modify complex Oracle database components including:
- Stored Procedures
- Functions
- Packages
- Triggers
- Views
- Tables and Partitions

- Build and maintain ETL processes using Informatica and Oracle Scheduler.
- Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize and tune complex SQL queries for performance and scalability.
- Develop Business Objects (BO)



reports and database-driven reporting solutions.
- Execute unit testing and ensure code quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Quality Assurance Deployment

- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects with detailed root cause analysis.
- Coordinate production deployments and post-production verification activities.
- Provide warranty support during stabilization periods following releases.

Technical Leadership Collaboration

- Lead coding efforts and provide technical guidance to development team members.
- Conduct peer code reviews and GitHub pull request reviews.
- Collaborate with Application Support, Infrastructure, QA, and integration teams.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.

Documentation Knowledge Transfer

- Maintain comprehensive technical, testing, and deployment documentation.
- Provide knowledge transfer and transition support to Application Support teams.
- Deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Support architecture, security, and compliance review processes as required.

Required Qualifications Education

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,



or related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience.
