Key Technical Skills

- Networking: Robust expertise in routing (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching (Cisco ACI, NX-OS,
- VLANs, VPC, HSRP/VRRP, Catalyst, ASR/CSR).
- Security: Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls (Fortigate preferred, Checkpoint/Juniper).
- Load Balancing: Working knowledge of F5 LTM/GTM, VIPRION, and application traffic
- management concepts (VIPs, pools, SNAT, SSL/PKI).
- DNS/HDCP & Proxy: Infoblox DNS/DHCP, Proxy technologies (Zscaler/Bluecoat), and basic
- automation/scripting.
- Troubleshooting: Proficiency with diagnostic tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, traceroute, nslookup, dig,
- etc.) for network and application connectivity issues.
- Monitoring & Tools: Experience with network monitoring and automation tools (e.g., Spectrum,
- NetBrain,



Observe, Ansible).

Experience & Profile

- 6+ years of experience in network operations/support within large enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to operate in 24x7 global support models with strong ownership and accountability.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and tools such as
- ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to perform
- under pressure.
- BFSI domain exposure is advantageous.
