Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in retail industry.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Handling Team of 10 Plus employees and multiple locations retail outlets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
