This position is for the UCAL GROUP company based in Chennai having global operations including office and warehouse.

Roles and responsibilities:

•Manage multiple logistics functions, including invoice creation.
•Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes.
•Send transport cost calculation requests to the finance team for
container bookings.
•Coordinate with agents and warehouses in all locations for export and
import activities.
•Coordinate repacking activities with the warehouse team.
•Update ERP records in both the shipping and invoice tabs.
•Provide customer sales, internal sales booking documents, VAT (Value
Added Tax), and VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) documents to
the Finance Team
•Follow up claims with agents and warehouses.
•Submit post-shipment documentation to the bank for processing
aftermarket & genuine parts as needed.
•Verify EGM (Export General Manifest) and EDPMS (Export Data
Processing and Monitoring System) status in the IEC Gate portal for
export compliance.
•Generate e-BRC (Electronic Bank Realisation Certificate)



in the DGFT
(Directorate General of Foreign Trade) portal
•Apply for Certificates of Origin (COO) online through the trade portal.
•Apply for marine insurance coverage for export shipments.

•Submit monthly REX (Registered Exporter System) statements to the
EIA (Export Inspection Agency) office for regulatory compliance
•Carry out any other bank-related tasks assigned by accounts
department.
•Review export shipment details upon receiving supplier documents from
the vendor team and prepare the corresponding packing list.
•Prepare the backend document process for final ERP invoice and
packing list for the customer
•Prepare backend the document (including colli and pallet lists) required
to upload on Cargo-Desk platform related to warehouse at Netherlands
•Coordinate and execute tasks as per instructions from Logistic lead &
Management related to Inbound & Outbound Shipments.
