Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance Power Apps (Canvas Model-driven) applications.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for enterprise business processes.
- Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Develop Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls where required.
- Manage solution lifecycle across Dev, Test, and Production environments using Azure DevOps.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, solution deployments, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
- Apply Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, governance, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Required Skills





- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Experience developing APIs and backend services using .NET Core.
- Experience with React.js for web-based user interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of Identity Access Management, application security, and secure configurations.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe software delivery methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power Platform ALM, Managed Solutions, and Environment Strategy.
- Knowledge of PCF Controls, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-400, PL-600, PL-900) are preferred.
