Role Summary

Seeking a Senior QA Tester with expertise in Manual Functional Testing and Selenium Automation to support a complex financial accounting platform. The role involves end-to-end testing across the SDLC, including test planning, test execution, automation, defect management, UAT support, deployment validation, and production support. Candidates must be capable of independently driving testing activities and collaborating directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, and RTM.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT Testing.
- Develop and maintain Selenium Automation scripts using Java/Python.
- Execute automation regression suites and maintain test frameworks.
- Perform SQL-based data validation against Oracle databases.
- Manage defects and test execution through Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Conduct API, ETL, and interface validation across integrated systems.
- Support production deployments, smoke testing,



and post-release validation.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Drive defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous testing improvements.
