- Lead a team of medical billing professionals to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to medical billing, insurance claims, and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Robust knowledge of AR calling techniques, denial management strategies, and payment posting procedures.
- Experience working in an outsourced environment or as part of a remote team is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve high levels of productivity while maintaining quality results.
