Role : IT Support Executive

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

Work Mode: In office | Full-Time

IT Support Executive who can take ownership of our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you enjoy troubleshooting, managing servers, and maintaining network systems, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
- Maintain primary secondary server setup
- Configure and manage VPN access for employees
- Monitor and maintain Sophos Firewall
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity
- Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

Requirements

- 24 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration
- Experience with Windows Server Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of Sophos Firewall VPN setup
- Strong networking fundamentals
- Self-driven professional who takes ownership of IT operations

Good to Have:

- Certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft, or Sophos
- Experience in Office 365 Administration
