NLocation: Mumbai

NExperience Required:

N6+ years of experience inB2C/Inside Sales

NMinimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader/Manager

NMust have managed a team of 25–30 sales executives

NStrong experience in target-driven sales environments

NKey Responsibilities:

NLead, coach, and mentor the Inside Sales team to achieve revenue targets

NMonitor team performance and drive productivity

NConduct daily reviews, training sessions, and performance coaching

NAnalyze sales metrics andimplement process improvements

NCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business success

NPreferred Skills:

NExcellent leadership and communication skills

NHands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Excel

NStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities

NEdTech/B2C sales background will be an added advantage
