Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.

- Manage inside sales activities by handling customer enquiries, lead follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements and technical specifications.

- Coordinate with customers, the production team, and dispatch to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

- Handle sales coordination, including order tracking, customer communication, and follow-up on pending enquiries.

- Negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into purchase orders and work orders.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and existing customers.





- Conduct regular customer follow-ups to increase repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and maintain customer databases.

- Identify new market opportunities and analyze competitor activities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Education

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Preferred

- B.E./B.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering – Preferred

- MBA in Marketing or Sales Management will be an added advantage.
