We are actively looking for BD professionals who can bring clients across:

- IT & Technology Staffing (Software, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
- Engineering & Manufacturing
- E-commerce, Retail & FMCG
- Logistics, Supply Chain & Warehousing
- BPO / KPO / Shared Services

If you have strength in any one or multiple industries , that’s your playground.

WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR:

- Hunt and acquire Direct Clients / MSP / RPO opportunities
- Generate consistent hiring requirements
- Own the complete BD lifecycle (Lead → Pitch → Negotiate → Close)
- Drive revenue, not just pipeline
- Build long-term, repeat business accounts

IDEAL PROFILE:

- You already have decision-maker access / client network
- You’ve personally closed staffing or recruitment deals




- You understand commercial models, margins & billing cycles
- You can generate business without dependency
- You thrive in a zero-fixed, performance-only environment

MUST-HAVE EXPERTISE:

- Solid experience in Staffing Business Development (IT / Non-IT / Industrial)
- Exposure to Domestic & International markets (US preferred)
- Expertise in cold outreach, LinkedIn hunting, and deal closures
- Deep understanding of recruitment lifecycle across industries
- High ownership with revenue-first mindset

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Minimum 5+ years in Business Development (Staffing/Recruitment)
- Proven track record of client acquisition & closures
- Experience handling multiple industry clients is a strong advantage

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
- MBA preferred (not required if you are a proven closer)
