About KintsugiAI NKintsugiAI is an AI-firstcreative and video production studio built on 50+ years of combined brand, digital, and creative expertise. We help brands and agencies produce high-quality AI video content, performance ad creative, and full AI-driven film production — at a fraction of traditional cost and turnaround time (as fast as 3–7 days), without compromising on director-led creative quality.

NWe work alongside marketing and creative teams — not in place of them — combining AI tools with human creative direction to produce brand films, performance ad creative, UGC and social content, and product/e-commerce video at scale.

The Role NWe're looking for a Business Development Manager who has cut their teeth at a large advertising or digital agency (think Ogilvy, Webchutney, Dentsu, Publicis, GroupM, or similar) and understands how agencies and brands buy creative and production services. You'll be the bridge between KintsugiAI's AI production capabilities and the agencies, brand marketing teams, and D2C/e-commerce companies who need affordable, high-quality content at speed.

NThis is a high-ownership,high-visibility role — ideal for someone who already has a strong network in the advertising/marketing ecosystem and wants to build a new revenue vertical rather than just execute an existing playbook.

NWe're open to this being a full-time position or a freelance/retainer-based partnership, depending on the right fit.

What You'll Do N

- Build and own thesales pipeline for KintsugiAI's AI video production, performance ad creative, and AI filmmaking services

- Identify and pitch advertising agencies, digital/performance marketing agencies, and D2C/e-commerce brands who need scalable, affordable content production
N
- Leverage your existing network from your agency background to open doors and secure warm introductions
N
- Represent KintsugiAI inclient and agency pitches, partnership conversations, and industry events
N
- Package and position KintsugiAI's offerings (AI brand films, performance ads, UGC content, product video, AI filmmaking training) for different client segments
N
- Negotiate and close partnership and project-based deals, from one-off production briefs to ongoing retainer relationships
N
- Collaborate with the creative/production team to ensure what's sold is deliverable, and feed back market/client insights into service design
N
- Track and report on pipeline, conversion, and revenue against targets
N

What We're Looking Forn N
- 4–10+ years of experience in business development, client servicing, or account management at a large advertising, digital, or media agency — e.G. Ogilvy, Webchutney, Dentsu, Publicis, GroupM, or comparable networks/independents

- Strong existing relationships with brand marketing teams, CMOs, and agency decision-makers
N
- Solid understanding of how video production, performance advertising,



and digital campaigns get briefed, budgeted, and bought
N
- Comfort selling current/emerging categories — genuine interest or prior exposure to AI-driven content production is a strong plus
N
- Excellent communicationand pitching skills — you can walk into a room (or a Zoom) and make a compelling case
N
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable building a pipeline from scratch, not just managing inbound leads
N
- Based in India, with willingness to travel for key client/agency meetings as needed
