- Onboard new clients
- Complete understanding of client requirements and real asset portfolio
- Deliver monthly sales quotas initiated by the business development head
- Maintain all relevant reports applicable for business development and execution on a daily basis
- Should train and mentor new hires in the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make recommendations
- Solid negotiation and presentation skills
- Understanding of the real estate industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
