Key Responsibilities-

Identify and acquire prospective clients to drive business growth

Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Design customized pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations for clients

Develop and explore current revenue streams and business opportunities

Create and implement strategies for lead generation through multiple channels

Lead client meetings, negotiations, and business discussions independently

Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose effective solutions

Ensure smooth transition and handover of newly acquired clients to the servicing/creative teams

Liaise with internal and external finance teams to ensure sustainable cash flows

Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to strengthen business strategy

Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and partnerships that contribute to revenue growth





Present market insights and business trends to senior management

Develop strong and long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders

Prepare weekly progress reports and maintain accurate sales data and forecasts

Forecast sales targets and consistently work towards achieving them Required skills:

Prior experience in a Digital/Creative/Advertising Agency preferred

Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and business development

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to generate leads and close business opportunities

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client relationships effectively

Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
