Role Description:-

This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Intern based in Delhi, India. The intern will support lead generation activities, including identifying prospective clients, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on customer engagement trends, competitors, and potential target industries, as well as preparing basic reports and insights for the business development team.

The role also involves assisting with outreach campaigns, participating in client calls or meetings when needed,



and following up with prospects to support relationship-building. The intern will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to help improve processes and contribute to business growth initiatives.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and customer data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for professional written and verbal interaction with internal teams and prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospect identification, qualification, and follow-up.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, organize, and present insights on industries, competitors, and customer segments.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and maintaining qualified relationships.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and collaborate in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Interest in SaaS, customer engagement platforms, CPaaS, or digital communication technologies is highly beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
