Position Overview Gramik is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Agriculture students/graduates to join as Business Development Interns. This is a Office-based role (no fieldwork involved) where interns will connect with farmers, understand their concerns, assist in sales and marketing activities, and support business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Calling and connecting with farmers on a regular basis





Understanding and listing farmers’ concerns and requirements

Maintain accurate records of farmer interactions and feedback

Coordinate farmer feedback with internal teams

Assist in delivering sales and marketing pitches over calls

Promote company products and services to farmers

Support business development strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers remotely Stipend & PPO Stipend: Paid Internship
