Role Overview

Lead business growth in Power EPC ( Transmission & Distribution Projects)by driving market expansion, building strategic customer relationships, and securing largescale projects across Transmission, Substations, Renewable Energy, and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth targets.
- Identify opportunities in Transmission, EHV/GIS/AIS Substations, Cabling, Data Centers, Industrial Infra, and BESS.
- Build robust networks with utilities, developers, consultants, and government bodies.
- Engage customers at conceptual/pretender stages to influence specifications.
- Support tendering, pricing, and negotiations for order conversion.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and prepare intelligence reports.




- Maintain CRM pipeline, dashboards, and report performance to leadership.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelors in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 1016 years in Power EPC/Infrastructure BD with proven order wins.
- Strong industry network and ability to manage strategic accounts.
- Expertise in Transmission, Substations, Renewable Energy, BESS, and Industrial Electrical Infra.
