Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, focusing on expanding Zivatrix Talent Solutions’ client base and strengthening existing partnerships. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and promoting recruitment and workforce solutions to organizations.



The role involves managing client accounts, understanding hiring needs, and coordinating with internal recruitment teams to deliver effective talent solutions.

The Business Development

Executive will also track market trends, prepare proposals, maintain accurate sales pipelines, and contribute to strategies that drive revenue growth and brand visibility. Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation for B2B services.

Strong understanding of Business development processes and talent solutions or HR services.

Excellent Communication skills, including client-facing presentations and negotiation.

Experience in Account Management, relationship building, and client retention.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or qualified services business development is an advantage.

Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online professional networking platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
