Job Overview

VELMORA FILMS is hiring a Business Development Executive to convert company-provided leads into confirmed bookings for our Wedding Photography & Videography services. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact company-provided leads via calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Explain photography, videography, pre-wedding, and album services.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Negotiate pricing and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead and booking records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.

Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of on-paper sales/business development experience (mandatory).
- Experience in Wedding Photography, Event Management, Hospitality, or Service Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM.

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (On-Paper Experience Mandatory) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives
