Compensation

- Base Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month (Based on experience)
- Uncapped Performance-based incentives on top of Base Salary

What You'll Do

- Connect with warm webinar-generated leads.
- Conduct discovery calls, handle objections, and close enrollments.




- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Maintain CRM and sales updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Work on Saturdays and Sundays (peak sales days).

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in High-Ticket B2C Sales.
- Experience in EdTech, coaching, consulting, or similar industries preferred.
- Experience closing products worth ₹30K is preferred.
- Robust communication, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Fluent Hindi with professional English.
- Strong CRM discipline and follow-up skills.
