Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in the Pune Division.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and support revenue growth across branding, digital marketing, and design services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in alignment with company objectives. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, and tracking market trends to inform business strategies.

The ideal candidate will represent Virrat Global professionally, uphold brand values, and contribute to long-term partnerships with clients. Qualifications

Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.





Solid understanding of business and commercial acumen, including sales processes, revenue goals, and client lifecycle management.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in account management, including managing client expectations, ensuring satisfaction, and driving upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Prior experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, or related creative services is highly beneficial.

Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).

Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
