Industry: Banking / Insurance / Financial Services Summary:We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the role of Business Development Executive on the direct payroll of a semi-government bank. This branch + field role involves assisting customers, promoting health insurance products, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to work in a dynamic sales environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Handle and assist walk-in customers at the bank branch with professionalism and efficiency

Communicate, pitch, and educate customers about health insurance products and their benefits

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and local stakeholders

Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities through field visits and outreach

Conduct product demonstrations and provide on-the-spot training to customers





Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets

Collaborate with internal teams to align on business goals and customer needs

Visit client locations for product information, follow-ups, and deal closure

Note: This is a Branch + Field Sales role requiring regular travel across assigned zones.

Requirements Graduate (Technical & Non-Technical streams)

3-Year Diploma holders

B.Voc candidates

Only 2021 to 2025 pass-outs are eligible.

Age: 18 to 27 years only

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages

Willingness to work in a branch + field environment with flexible scheduling

Must be available for day shift and work as per Bank holidays

LLB / CA / Doctors / B.Ed / Integrated Courses

Candidates with active PF accounts

Apprentices with active contracts in other organizations

Salary : ₹13,500 per month (in-hand)
