We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who has worked in a Digital Marketing or Website Development Agency and can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email outreach, and lead generation activities.
- Identify and approach potential clients for Digital Marketing and Website Development services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and pitch agency services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- 2–4 years of Business Development experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Website Development Agency.
- Candidates without agency experience will not be considered.




- Proven experience selling Website Development, SEO, Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads), Social Media Marketing, Branding, and CRM & Automation.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Existing network of business owners and decision-makers is an added advantage.
- Experience handling end-to-end sales from lead generation to deal closure.
