Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Noida.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new franchise opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential partners, and manage the end-to-end onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include generating leads through outreach and networking, conducting presentations and meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to align franchise requirements with company standards. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, preparing business proposals,



and providing regular performance reports to leadership. The ideal candidate will represent Trimy Tones professionally, promote the franchise value proposition, and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to expand the franchise network.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle negotiations and maintain partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to deliver clear presentations and conduct effective meetings.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Relevant experience in sales, franchising, or the beauty and wellness industry is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Noida.
