Requirements

- Experience in Business Development with proven conversion from pitch to client.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, or the events industry.
- Experience in lead generation or client outreach is a plus.
- Good research, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
