Job Summary

SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client relationship management and identifying current business opportunities. The role involves generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting our digital marketing service and contributing to the companys revenue growth. Location: Kochi, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Confident in client interaction and presentations.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Good problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Eligibility

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
