Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the organization by identifying potential business opportunities and building key customer relationships. This position involves creating and implementing strategies to develop the business, achieve sales targets, and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify new business leads and potential clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand the needs of the customers and be able to effectively respond with a plan of how to meet these
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for the expansion of business
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends




- Utilize networking opportunities to create successful partnerships
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches to potential clients
- Provide regular feedback and contribute to improving the overall sales and marketing strategy

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or a relevant role
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
