Digital Marketing Business Development & Sales Specialist (LinkedIn + Upwork)

At Websterz Technologies , we're looking for an experienced business development professional who knows how to generate and close digital marketing clients.

This is not a generic bidding or copy-paste outreach role.

We're looking for someone who understands digital marketing services and knows how to turn conversations into long-term clients.

What You'll Do

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and Upwork
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Write personalized proposals that win projects
- Handle discovery calls and close deals
- Follow up with prospects until conversion
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Research target industries and growth opportunities
- Use AI and automation tools to improve outreach efficiency
- Work directly with the founder on sales strategy and business growth

- What We're Looking For

- Experience selling SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, or other digital marketing services
- Proven experience generating clients through LinkedIn, Upwork,



or outbound sales
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other sales automation platforms
- Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on results

- Bonus If You Have

- Existing Upwork success with digital marketing projects
- Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or similar tools
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Experience selling recurring monthly digital marketing retainers
