Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a robust sales pipeline for MRF Vapocure Paints. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential and existing customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating deals, and closing sales in alignment with company targets.

The Business Development

Executive will manage key accounts, maintain strong client relationships,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also includes tracking market trends, providing feedback to management, and preparing regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.

Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client portfolios, support long-term relationships, and meet commercial objectives.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, negotiate effectively, and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Relevant experience in paints, chemicals, or related industrial sectors is beneficial.

Proven track record in field sales or business development roles is preferred.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets in an in office environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field is an advantage.

Proficiency in local language(s) and English, with basic computer and CRM tools familiarity.
