Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in B2B, B2C, or Education Sales. Experience in the education/training industry as a Sales or Marketing Executive will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, coaching institutes, and other potential partners to generate student admissions through field marketing activities.
- Acquire current leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM portal.
- Promote and explain educational courses, highlighting their features and benefits to prospective students and parents.
- Build and maintain relationships through school and coaching institute tie-ups.
- Conduct educational seminars and counselling sessions to drive admissions.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Desired Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Bengali is mandatory.
- Strong field sales, marketing, and counselling abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel locally for field visits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
