Preferred Knowledge:

As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Take full ownership of the management of a portfolio of clients, driving overall engagement delivery, quality and profitability.
- Own the financial metrics of the engagement including budgeting, forecasting and margin management.
- Lead business development activities, shaping proposals and identifying opportunities to expand services with new and existing clients.
- Set the technical and architectural direction for the account and act as the escalation point for complex solution decisions.




- Develop and mentor Managers and below, building high-performing teams and succession plans.
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.

Technical Skills

SAP BRIM Solution Architecture Expertise

- Own the end-to-end solution architecture across the full SAP BRIM suite — Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Mediation (CM), Convergent Invoicing (CI) and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA).
- Define the target architecture, integration design and data flow for the complete usage-to-cash / order-to-cash process.
- Lead solution design workshops, translate complex business requirements into an integrated, scalable and cost-effective BRIM architecture.




- Govern design decisions and standards across BRIM workstreams and ensure alignment with S/4HANA, RAR (revenue recognition) and Finance (FI-GL) integration.
- Define integration patterns using SAP CPI / middleware, APIs and IDocs across BRIM components and external systems.
- Advise on performance, scalability, high-volume processing and system sizing for the BRIM landscape.
- Provide architectural governance, review functional and technical designs, and resolve cross-module design conflicts.
- Act as the escalation point for complex solution issues and guide the delivery teams on best practices.
- Support roadmap definition, product/version strategy and continuous transformation of the BRIM solution.

Delivery Lead Experience:

- Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalate when needed.
- Management and tracking of cross team/squad dependencies.
- Hands-on experience working on reporting and preparing presentations as part of WSR & MSR.
- Management and tracking of all high-integrity commitments.
- Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress.
- Works to minimize meetings and ceremonies, but when they are needed, they are well-run and efficient.
- Encourages a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment. Encourages team trust and facilitates team building events.
- Where appropriate, coaches the teams to improve collaboration and outcomes (coaching is the primary responsibility of teams’ managers).

Qualification:

- Deep, hands-on experience across multiple SAP BRIM components (CC, CI, FI-CA, SOM, CM).
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, RAR and Finance integration.
- ITIL 4 Certification.
