We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to support enterprise data operations by managing, investigating, and resolving data quality issues across multiple systems. This role focuses on hands-on data analysis, triage, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Business Data quality issues via ServiceNow, email, and Teams
- Perform triage and categorization of incoming tickets
- Conduct data validation and analysis across systems (Snowflake, Aladdin , EDM and reporting platforms)
- Investigation:
- Missing transactions
- Data mismatches
- Data quality rule violations
- Resolve straightforward/runbook-driven issues independently
- Escalate medium/complex issues with proper context
- Track tickets through end-to-end lifecycle
- Maintain documentation and runbooks
Required Skills
- Strong SQL skills (Snowflake preferred)
- Experience in data analysis and troubleshooting
- Understanding of data pipelines / ETL processes
- Experience with ServiceNow / Jira
Preferred
- Exposure to financial/investment data
- Familiarity with data quality tools (ICEDQ)
