Job Summary

This role focuses on specialized policy servicing for global insurance clients ensuring accurate processing documentation and query resolution within a night shift office based environment. The candidate will apply advanced proficiency in English communication and MS Office to manage complex policy tasks drive quality outcomes and support continuous process improvement for property and casualty operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage end to end policy servicing activities by interpreting client instructions and updating contract records with high levels of accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to validate policy information and ensure all servicing actions align with documented client requirements
- Review policy documentation for completeness and consistency to minimize operational risk and avoid downstream service issues
- Prepare detailed servicing logs and status reports using office productivity tools to maintain full transparency for all stakeholders
- Respond promptly to policy servicing queries from client partners by using transparent spoken English and structured documentation practices
- Analyze recurring policy servicing issues and recommend process enhancements that improve accuracy cycle time and client satisfaction
- Execute standardized workflows and checklists for endorsements renewals cancellations and reinstatements to maintain compliance with organizational standards
- Monitor work queues during night shifts to prioritize critical policy changes and ensure agreed service levels are consistently met




- Document operational procedures and job aids that help reduce knowledge gaps and support faster onboarding for new team members
- Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions across the policy servicing process
- Utilize advanced spreadsheet and presentation capabilities to track metrics identify trends and present operational insights to management
- Support migration of recent policy servicing tasks by documenting transition requirements performing knowledge validation and stabilizing initial volumes
- Maintain strict adherence to data privacy requirements and company ethics while handling sensitive customer and policy information

Qualifications

- Demonstrate strong spoken and written English communication skills that enable clear client interactions and precise documentation across all servicing tasks
- Apply advanced MS Office capabilities including spreadsheets documents and presentations to manage large volumes of policy data and produce structured reports
- Bring prior experience of at least five years in policy servicing operations or equivalent back office processing roles within financial or insurance services
- Exhibit familiarity with property and casualty insurance products and terminology which helps in understanding complex coverage scenarios and endorsements
- Show ability to work consistently in a night shift office environment while maintaining productivity accuracy and focus over extended periods
- Display excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking which supports high quality output and timely resolution of policy discrepancies
- Use effective time management and prioritization skills to balance multiple servicing requests and consistently meet defined service level commitments
