Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and administer Dynatrace across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Design and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
- Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using Dynatrace.
- Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Work closely with DevOps, Application, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams.
- Monitor cloud-native applications running on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Configure custom monitoring, integrations, and automation.
- Develop scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Monitor Java, .NET, Node.js applications, APIs, and Microservices.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and promote Dynatrace best practices.
- Participate in production support and critical incident management.
