Ideal candidate for this role should have 6+ years of experience as a developer, including 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Core Requirements

1. Salesforce Platform Expertise
- Deep understanding of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud and custom applications.
- Must have solid understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightening Web Components and Aura Components.
- Must have good experience in APEX programming and Salesforce declarative tools like Flows, Process Builder and Validation Rules.
- Must have solid understanding of Salesforce profiles, permissions sets/groups,sharing settings, org wide defaults etc.
- Must be comfortable in using VS Code for development, Copado for DevOps, Data import/export tools.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security controls, standards and best practices.

- Other Developer skills

- Should be able to efficiently develop, debug and deploy software
- Should be well versed in designing and implementing secure and reusable patterns and components.
- Creating technical designs, helping with debugging & deployments.
- Should be knowledgeable enough to help with estimation and troubleshooting
- Should be a positive communicator when it comes to cross functional engagements




- Should be open to learning and adopting new technologies

- Agile/Scrum Methodology

- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro and Copado DevOps.
